Oliver and Adah…a love story for the books. These two have a special place in my heart. Oliver is my son and I couldn’t have chosen a more amazing girl for him! I was honored when they asked me to travel to Albany, New York to do this session at Thatcher State Park in Voorheesville. I just love the quaint villages in upstate New York with their Dutch names. We got to travel through a few of them on our way to the Park. Once inside, we hiked a little to some of Oliver and Adah’s favorite spots and eventually ended up at the little waterfall where Oliver purposed a few months earlier. I suppose it may be a little odd to have your mom take your engagement pictures, but I convinced them to forget me as “mom” and picture me with my photography hat on. I recently headed back to upstate New York for their beautiful, small outdoor country wedding. I opted not to be the photographer that day and got to enjoy the day with these two. I love this picture added at the end of Oliver and me on his wedding day. Thank you Esposito Photography Company for capturing it. I guess I’m a bit biased, but aren’t they the coolest couple?
