Families come in all shapes and sizes and know one knows that better than me, a mama to many in a blended family.  When I met Julie, she told me that she was divorced, but had a wonderful relationship with her ex husband and they were both very invested in raising their boys.  She wanted to do a family photography session with all four of them to solidify that they were still a family and that they support each other no matter what.  Although I hadn’t had that request before, I was curious how they did it and had such a healthy relationship for their sons.  I was impressed and even more so when we met.  They are the model of what all divorced families should be.  Julia wanted a more clean and simple background and Chris was looking for more of a nature setting in their session.   17 Mile House Farm Park just North of Parker was a great option to do both!  In January, their oldest son was home from basic training in the Marines and it was a wonderful opportunity to have their family together again.  This was such an inspiring session!  I was more than happy to offer 10% off of their session fee for being in active service, which is part of what I do to support military families. Thank you for your your service at home and abroad!
